
BRAND POSITIONING CAMPAIGN
Fairway Island represents an unprecedented residential living offer by combining waterfront living on an island within an international golf course. The challenge was to illustrate this premium lifestyle, when in fact there was not much there to show other than the land itself and the views. Lifestyle props were constructed on the island and shot with models for both television and stills. Stunning photography was also commissioned of the surrounding Hope Island Golf Course and the views around the island.
The result was a realistic and breathtaking presentation of the Fairway Island lifestyle, which was then applied to the marketing campaign and materials. On completion, Fairway Island will house 85 homesites, with a project value of $60 million.
