
BRAND POSITIONING CAMPAIGN
The Promontory represents an exclusive enclave or beach homes within the spectacular Ephraim Island project. Evolution were commissioned to develop a standalone brand for this precinct that would position The Promontory as offering the most exclusive waterfront homes on the Gold Coast, yet to still dovetail with the existing Ephraim Island brand.
The sophisticated new brand was implemented across a broad range of materials, including a stylish coffee table book showcasing the unique island living offer and a major advertising campaign covering traditional and digital medias.
The resulting prestige new brand and marketing activities saw the precinct accepted as a premium product, which in turn achieved premium prices for the products within the Promontory precinct.
