
BRAND POSITIONING CAMPAIGN
Stone Creek offers land buyers the opportunity to return to traditional size blocks in a country environment with all the conveniences of city living. As always with marketing land, the challenge was to illustrate this unique lifestyle, before anything was built.
Photography was taken around the development area, with the focus being on the natural environments which were to be fundamental to the marketing of the estate’s lifestyle offer. A catch cry was conceived ‘the best room in your house is outdoors’, which personified everything the developer set out to achieve with this boutique estate.
