
BRAND POSITIONING CAMPAIGN
The Newport brand was already well established in the marketplace, but was in need of a makeover for a looming release of all new land products. Evolution came up with the name Isles of Newport to tie in with the established brand and designed an all new brand based around the exclusive bayside living offer that future waterfront living would offer.
Extensive original photography was undertaken to capture the essence of living at Redcliffe and Isles of Newport, which provided the foundation for print and online marketing materials.
The initial advertising campaign saw a sellout of the first release of dry blocks off the back of press and direct mail campaigns.
